The Antique Rose Emporium in Brenham, Texas, is a favorite place of mine. You can order from them online or through their catalog, but if you ever get the chance to go in person, do it.
They are a full-service nursery, specializing in heirloom garden roses but also offer other varieties of plants.
The grounds of the Emporium are breathtaking and quintessentially Texas.

They also have a chapel, gazebo, a turn-of-the-century Victorian house & an outdoor pavilion available to rent for weddings, receptions & other gatherings.
They have picnic tables & cafe tables scattered where you're allowed to bring a picnic, sit and read or whatever your heart desires. Heavenly.
It's definitely worth the drive.
