Little House On The Mountain - Part 2

The exterior of the house is what won me over in the first place.  Still, I wanted to add to the curb appeal subtly.

I replaced the existing ho-hum porch lights with these lantern lights from Lowe's.  I think the new lights were $30 each, but look how much more character they have!

I painted the unpainted stock front door Graphite grey.

Pardon the temporary too-short curtain we slapped up for privacy.

We put a picnic table on the front porch for overflow/optional dining when the weather permits.  This table has gotten a workout!

Next, we added a screen door.

There.  That's better.
